2 mangos-peeled, chopped and depitted

1 cup of spinach

½ cucumber (optional)

1 healthy handful of fresh cilantro (1 cup/1 half bunch)

1 lime-deseeded and peeled

1 tsp of camu-camu

1 cup of water (or for desired consistency)
