Surrounded by amazing chefs all my life, I developed an ever-curious passion for the many ways mixing different flavors and ingredients combined into the most surprising, yet mouthwatering meals. However, debilitating health concerns extended what I call an invitation, to explore a new, vibrant, and incredibly creative, fun way to continuing onward with this love for enjoying and sharing delicious meals. Motivated then by the inspiration of some of the most creative and generous people I have had the privilege of knowing and working with, and the lessons food itself wanted to teach me about the power it has to cause illness and disease, or health and vitality, we offer you recipes that will undoubtedly taste amazing, but too will be great nutrition and fuel for your body! Our recipes here at What is Healthy Living offer more just the immediate enjoyment of a delicious meal. Your weight will drop, your skin will glow, your energy will soar, because our mostly raw, low-fat, whole foods, plant-based recipes are laden with enzymes to rejuvenate and feed your cells, enzymes that are necessary for every bodily function. In the same Spirit and fun that I learned early on from some of my favorite chefs, we encourage you to try our recipes. Make them once.
